I’m a 23-year-old female with depression, anxiety and sleep apnea. I was diagnosed when I was only 13 years old with sleeping disorder. For the past 6 months I’ve been getting relief from both depression and anxiety symptoms by using the 4TH July Health Awareness Shirt. It’s so nice to see you again. I’m glad that you are doing well! In our sports team we have a game that is always played, but it’s very hard to find the correct uniform. The uniforms are mostly based on the previous season, but not all of them. Smells like an old school football team, this shirt is made of quality cotton and features a logo print on the back. I have washed it many times but it still smells just as good. The T-shirt features a teddy bear of a heart, with lines on the chest. This is a great shirt. I had to get it in the mail today, but I didn’t have a good reason. It’s very comfortable and is really good quality. I really don’t see why I couldn’t wear it to a job interview because there’s no way I’m going to be able to sweat in it without getting it wet. I love that it’s a cut-off that covers the shoulders, so I don’t have to worry about it rubbing on my shirts. I also love that it’s not too small and so cute! I’m so glad that I got this shirt! I’m such a sucker for shirts that stay-put. I’ve tried a bunch of different ones, and this is the one that I’m keeping.

Tried on a current day. It really worked for me. I am so glad I tried it. It’s so important to self-care. In the past I had to take a lot of ibuprofen to get through the day. This was so easy to do. I wear this shirt everyday, so I can relate it to my own experience! My son had anxiety attacks and I tried to be supportive but what I was actually feeling was depression. I would take him to the doctor, read him the magazine, and talk to him when it was over. He would have a panic attack, which I could sympathize with, but emotionally I just couldn’t deal with it, and I was feeling so much pain and sleep issues. So I wore this shirt and tried to make him feel better. He said he felt better, and he still cries when he’s done. I do not have panic disorder and I am very happy to say that my sleep time is better than when I have my disorder. I get out of bed at 6:30am and I have been sleeping for 4 hours a night. I had to go to work at 10:00am and I was exhausted for a couple of hours. I got up at 1:00pm and I had to go to work at 6:00pm. I returned at 10:00pm because I just wanted to sleep. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate these shirts. They are so stylish and at a great price. I am going to need to buy another one.
